WholeBing offers a reflective and creative space for inner exploration. It is not a substitute for psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

What data we collect

  • Account data: email (required), name/display name (optional).
  • App content you create: your answers, reflections, journal notes, progress state (only what you choose to enter).
  • Technical basics: minimal logs needed for security and reliability (e.g., rate-limits / error logs).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data unless you explicitly choose to write it in your own reflections.

How we use your data

  • To provide access to the platform and keep your account working.
  • To save your progress and personalize your journey inside the app.
  • To improve reliability, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
  • To send essential emails (verification, password reset, important service messages).

Where and how your data is stored

App data is stored in Google Cloud Firebase (Firestore) under your user account. We apply access controls so you can only read/write your own user document. We do not sell your personal data.

Payments

Web payments may be processed by Stripe. On mobile apps, payments may be processed by Apple or Google. Payment processors may store transactional records for legal/tax compliance. WholeBing does not store full card details.

Cookies & tracking

We use only what is necessary for basic functionality and anonymous analytics. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings.

Account deletion & your rights

You can request access to your data, correct it, export it, or delete it. The fastest way is inside the app: Profile → Delete account.

Important: deleting your account removes your WholeBing account data and access. Some records may remainwith payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Apple, Google) where required for compliance and fraud prevention.

Data retention

We retain your data only as long as needed to operate the service or until you request deletion.
