1. About the Service

WholeBing ("the Service") is an application available on the web and mobile platforms that provides an interactive, body-based reflective experience organized into sectors, levels, and practices. The Service is provided by WholeBing ("we", "us", "our").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. One account per person.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) depending on the plan you choose.
  • Auto-renewal: your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time via Profile → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you retain access until then.
  • On the web, payments are processed by Stripe. WholeBing does not store your full payment card details.
  • On mobile apps, subscriptions may be managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. In that case, billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective platform's terms. You can manage those subscriptions in your device's account settings.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. For web payments, contact us at info@wholebing.com. For in-app purchases, request a refund through the respective app store.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, reverse-engineering the platform, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Content You Create

Reflections, journal entries, and other content you write within the Service remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and display it to you within the app. We do not share your personal content with third parties.

8. Disclaimer

WholeBing is a creative and reflective space. It is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice. Use the Service at your own discretion. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WholeBing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated revision date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
